Returns
Our policy lasts 1 week. If 1 week have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Digistore run many sale and campaigns on various occasions and festivals. The prices and offers given in the certain time period and validity cannot be claimed on usual days. Digistore solely reserves the right to change offers, discounts and prices.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and other products that are listed in discounts and offers cannot be.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. The purchased item must be in good condition and original box and purchase receipt is required.
