2.What is the opening and closing time of your showrooms?(Refer to store locator page on our website)

We are open 6 days a week. 10AM to 6:30PM.

3.Do you have delivery service?

Yes, we do have delivery service all over Nepal.

We provide Home Delivery & Cash on Delivery service. For other areas we ship the product from trusted third party courier companies and the order shall be fulfilled only after receiving the payment.

4. How long does it take for delivery?

For areas within Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur we can deliver within 1 or 2 business days. For other areas, we make our best effort to deliver the product within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

5. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charge will be Rs.100 inside Kathmandu valley and Rs.200 Outside Kathmandu valley.

6.Is it possible to negotiate the prices of the products?

No, it’s not possible to negotiate the prices of the products.

7. How do I track which items are there in my cart?

Steps: -Go to the www.digistore.com.np -Click on My Account and Sign In. -Click on My Cart.

8. How do I create an account on Digistore?

You can create your account on Digistore by entering your username and email address and then proceeding on register.. I haven’t received the invoice for my order.

A hard copy of the invoice should always be sent along with your order.If you didn’t receive your invoice, feel free to contact us at 01-4444211 (From 10am to 6:30pm Sunday to  Friday)

10. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item from your shopping cart, please follow these steps:-Desktop:

Step 1 – Go to your “Cart”.

Step 2 – Click on the Cross button for removing products.
